A technological solution for centralized and automated signing of many documents.
In two sentences: A digital signature server for organizations is an advanced system serving as a technological infrastructure for centralized and automated signing of a large volume of documents. The digital signature is stored on the server, enabling countless document signings without the need for a smart card. In one word: Signer-1.
Granting access to the digital signature via the server allows for automatic synchronization of authorized signatories through the organization’s Active Directory service or by uploading parameters from databases managed through the dashboard of internet applications. This approach provides authorized signatories with secure and convenient, as well as quick, access.
To secure access and authorize the private key located on the signature server, users undergo a secure two-factor authentication process using biometric methods (facial or fingerprint scans) or OTP mechanism (one-time password).
